urNovais powerful — please don't use it to be a jerk. Violating this policy can result in immediate account termination and, in serious cases, referral to law enforcement.

Hard nos

You may not use urNova for:

  • Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context (CSAM)
  • Harassment, doxxing, swatting, or stalking any person
  • Creating, marketing, or distributing illegal substances, weapons, or fraudulent goods
  • Identity fraud, impersonation of real third parties, or financial fraud
  • Generating disinformation campaigns or coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Election interference
  • Bypassing security mechanisms (captchas, anti-bot, rate limits) on third-party sites
  • Cracking, scraping, or harvesting login-walled data at scale (e.g. mass account creation, mass DM blasting, scraping behind login)
  • Anything that violates a target site's Terms of Service when done at scale
  • Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or in the U.S.

Soft no — please don't

  • Use urNova as a denial-of-service tool against any site
  • Resell urNova as your own product (white-labeling requires a separate agreement)
  • Use urNovato operate accounts you don't own without the owner's explicit permission

What is OK

  • Operating your own accounts (your inbox, your job applications, your social profiles)
  • Researching public information at human pace
  • Repurposing your own content
  • Hunting deals, finding tickets, comparing prices
  • Creative or playful uses that respect other people

How we enforce

  • Automated keyword + structural pre-flight check on every prompt
  • Hard step budget and per-run timeout to limit damage from runaway tasks
  • Stripe Radar fraud signals on payment
  • Manual review of flagged runs and reports
  • Account suspension or termination for serious or repeated violations
