Terms of Service

By using urNova(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. The Service

urNova provides an AI agent that interacts with public websites on your behalf based on your instructions. You are responsible for the instructions you give it and the consequences of those instructions.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must provide accurate sign-up information.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One person, one account. No sharing.

3. Acceptable use

See our full Acceptable Use Policy. Briefly: don't use urNovafor anything illegal, anything that targets minors, anything fraudulent, anything that harasses or doxxes another person, any high-volume scraping behind login walls, or any automated activity that violates a target site's ToS.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from Settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds.
  • Run quotas reset on your billing anniversary. Unused runs do not roll over.
  • We can update prices with 30 days' notice via email.

5. AI output

urNova relies on third-party LLMs. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or surprising. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before acting on it — especially before spending money, sending messages, or making decisions.

6. Third-party sites

When the agent visits a third-party site on your behalf, you are bound by that site's terms. urNova is not responsible for third-party site behavior, downtime, or terms changes.

7. Intellectual property

You own your prompts and the outputs the agent produces for you. urNova owns the Service, the templates we publish, and our brand.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the AUP. We'll usually warn you first unless the violation is serious (e.g. illegal use, fraud, or abuse).

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T GUARANTEE UPTIME, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE AGENT WILL ACCOMPLISH ANY SPECIFIC TASK.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, urNova IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You'll defend and indemnify urNova against claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Delaware.

14. Changes

We'll announce material changes 30 days before they take effect via email and a banner on the site. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept it.
